A new feature of the National Young Stars event at Malvern 20-21 August will be a Recipe Competition to celebrate British Meat and supported by the Royal Smithfield Club & QSM (Quality Standard Mark) for Beef & Lamb. Open to children aged from 11 and up to 18, all you have to do is create a recipe for a family of four which uses the best of British beef, lamb or pork with the winning dish cooked by a professional chef live at the National Young Stars event, Three Counties Show, Malvern, on 21st August. The winner will also receive a £25 Amazon voucher.
