The National Young Stars will take place at the Royal Three Counties, Malvern 20-21 August and will again feature the Butchery Challenge supported by the Smithfield Club alongside its other competitions. Open to ages 18-28, it takes place on Weds 21st August with young butchers presenting a display of meat, creating a new cut or presentation, and taking part in a short interview about the industry.
